Come join us for the only USAT Splash and Dash in South Carolina. This race will consist of a 150yd swim and a 2k (1.2 mile) run. Ages 5-17 are welcome to sign up and be a part of this awesome event. Multi-Sport is a great way for kids to challenge themselves, put two sports together and push their endurance.
Participants will enter the pool at the far right end, swim each lane, and exit on the left side stairs. You will then exit to the outside where transition is and put on your shoes to proceed to the paved path. It will be 2 laps of the McLeod Health and Fitness Center, before you enter the finishing chute.
This is a staggered start event as every 20 seconds an athlete will enter the pool. We will start with the 16-17 age group and work our way down. This will allow the younger participants to watch and know how the race will go. Please ensure to fill out swimmer questionnaire below to guarantee you are lined up appropriately. Note: overall placement is dependent on indvidual race time and not line up. Someone starting after you could place before you!
Guardians of younger participants are welcome to run alongside their athlete for the run portion!
Your time will be the entire time it takes to do the swim and run portions.

You are in the age group according to what your age is as of 12/31/2024. This falls in line with USAT rules. Ex. If you are 7 on July 20th, but you turn 8, on September 8th, you will be in the 8-10yr age category.

$15 per athlete
